Using Capsa
Capsa is a workspace for CPA firm administration. Use it only with information, client authority, and connected-service permissions you are entitled to use. Keep your login and authenticator secure. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, change plan entitlements without authorization, interfere with other workspaces, or use the service unlawfully.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your content. You authorize Capsa and its service providers to process it to provide the requested features, as described in the privacy policy. Your firm is responsible for client engagement terms, required disclosure consents, retention decisions, professional review, and tax filings. Capsa does not provide tax or legal advice, prepare or e-file returns, or currently provide online tax signatures.
AI and integrations
AI output is a suggestion and may contain errors. Review evidence, recipients, arguments, and proposed changes before approving them. You are responsible for actions you authorize and firm reminder schedules you enable. Connected services have their own terms, limits, and availability. You can revoke a connection through Capsa or the provider.
Free and Pro
Free has limited AI usage. Pro enables additional AI features with no monthly message allowance, subject to request, concurrency, and abuse safeguards. Pro access is currently managed by Capsa administrators. Self-service upgrades and payments are unavailable. Feature availability and service limits are shown in the app and may change with notice.
Availability and ending use
Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security, or abuse response. Do not rely on Capsa as the sole copy of required professional records. You can stop using the service and contact support for export or deletion assistance, subject to authority checks and applicable retention requirements. We may restrict accounts that compromise service security or violate these terms.
